Challenge the World in Touring Car
The following news is from Game Fan Online:

Sega Enterprises has opened a homepage called "Global Ranking" for it's latest racing game, Sega Touring Car Championship, which goes on sale starting November 27, and will feature NetLink compatibility. By accessing this new site, players from all over the world can compete with each other in Time Attack.

After completing two rounds of Arcade mode champion ship mode, the player sends his or her time record to the site, which gets posted so that all the other players will know who has the best record.

In order to register, you have to have access to the Internet and e-mail. If you own the Sega Saturn NetLink modem, you can register through that.

Also, there will be a time attack event on December 25th. On this day, if you access the site, you can challenge the time-attack mode on specially designed courses, so that every competitor has a fair chance. This event uses the internal clock of Sega Saturn; you can see the course by setting your Saturn's clock to the event date when you purchase the game. However, if you do this, you will not be able to enter the event on December 25.
