Fox Interactive Releases Croc for the Saturn
The eyes of the video game industry are focused on Saturn today as the widely-circulated rumors about Croc sightings on Sega Saturn prove to be true. This week Fox Interactive releases the Saturn version of its critically-acclaimed, free-roaming 3D adventure game, CROC: THE LEGEND OF THE GOBBOS, to retail outlets nationwide. Croc for PlayStation -- released last month -- is already topping sales charts around the globe. Similar response is anticipated among Saturn gamers, with online previews and newsgroup postings already heralding Croc as the "must have" game of the season.

This completely original platform game features an all-new hero with amazing next-generation graphics and animation that must be seen to believed. Saturn gamers guide Croc, a crusading crocodile, on a quest to rescue his Gobbo Islander friends from the grasp of the evil Baron Dante. Croc jumps, climbs, stomps, flips and pulls other slick maneuvers to leave villains eating dust through more than 50 richly detail levels encompassing over 200 gaming areas.

"When we began creating Croc, we knew right away how incredible it was going to look and play on Saturn," explains Jon Richmond, president, Fox Interactive. "Rather than just creating a port, we assigned a specific development team to produce the game and maximize Croc's full potential on Saturn, which has paid off."

"Sega Saturn gamers are going to be thrilled with Croc," said Bernard Stollar, COO, Sega of America. "Fox Interactive has done a superb job in creating this great game for the Sega Saturn."

Croc for Saturn is rated K-A for gamers of all ages. For the ultimate gaming experience, Croc is completely compatible with Sega Saturn's analog controller.
