Defcon 5 is an original science fiction game from Millennium Interactive. The game takes place in the not
too distant future, when multiplanetary corporations rule both the business and political arenas. One of
these massive entities is the Tyron Corporation, the player's employer. Tyron is currently removing troops
from a key mining planet and replacing them with a special automated defense system to protect the
installation. As a software engineer charged with setting up the automated program - the player gets
caught in a struggle for his life as the base comes under attack by an unknown force. To make matters
worse, the defense software the player is supposed to install, has been sabotaged! The player must use
the full capabilities of the defense installation, while trying to uncover the sinister plot behind the sabotage.
