Bust-A-Move

Review by: Comix

SOUND: 8.1/10

For a simple kid's game the music is very catchy and mixed up enough that you don't grow fatigued with play. It also matches and plays well with the action. The sound effects are sweet and cuddly; it's fun to hear the little victory cries in high pitched cartoony Japanese!

GRAPHICS: 8.2/10

The light-hearted graphics are a good compliment to the deeply involved gameplay. I've had many friends giggle at the silly-looking graphics and coloring book colors, then change their tunes after trying the game for themselves.

GAMEPLAY: 10+/10

One of the biggest hand-eye challenges you'll find on any home gaming system.... Hours and hours of fun bursting bubbles. Time flies at an incredible pace while you play this. I got so involved a couple times that I looked up and realized I'd played for several hours.

REPLAY VALUE: 10/10

What replay? You won't be able to stop playing! It's a tough game to put away in vs. human and vs. computer mode that you always think if you just had ONE more try you could beat them! Throw in the ability to create and re-edit your own 30 levels of bubble mayhem and this game will stay on your brain forever!

OVERALL: 9.1/10

The only weakness in this game is it's sugary sweet graphics. On one side, it's good for kids to play with the pretty colors, but I can't see a child staying to play this game for very long. For us semi-grownups it's good clean fun for the whole family!
