Daytona USA Review by: Nick Saccomanno Daytona USA is one of the Sega Saturns best titles. The translation from the arcade version is very well down, but not a breakthrough translation. There is A LOT of draw-in which is very obvious, but it does not interfere with the game whatsoever, and the graphics of the scenery, the cars, and everything else looks so good that you forget about the little things. The cars look excellent and are very detailed, the crashes look incredible and are some of the best I have seen on a console game. The Sound is greatly done with music ported directly from the arcade. The control is also great, and some of the easiest and most fluent I have ever seen. The replay value falls a little bit short though, I find this game great to play, but after you have completed the very few courses (3), I really feel no reason to play it anymore other than if I just want to look at the pretty graphics.
Graphics: 8/10 Overall: 8/10
