Graphics 8.5/10

A big improvement over the original Daytona USA, with better frame rate and crisper graphics. The biggest improvement is the zoom in/zoom out which is done smoother. The cars look more like cars also.

Playability 9.0/10

Since I like driving games a lot, I consider Daytona CCE as a good addition to my collection. With more tracks than the original Daytona and a 2P battle mode, this game rocks! The car control is good and is better than the original because of the added options and car selection.

Sound 8.3/10

Sounds are good, but I think they should just have kicked out Eric Martin. Comparing to Sega Rally, Sega Rally is still the best in sound with the use of the QSound technology, but Daytona CCE's sound is good enough.

Hardness 8.0/10

Daytona USA is simply tough. And with Daytona CCE's additional courses, it makes the game even tougher. But it's fun.

Lastability 8.5/10

This game is the type of game you want to do over and over again. Especially if you have a kid brother who always wants to beat your time by 2 seconds in the arcade mode! Secret cars and horses are good additions too! Additional 2 courses also make it more lastable, but it still lacks tracks. I want 9 more ^_^!

Bottom Line: Cool game. Good game. They should have kicked Eric Martin in the rear end!
