Review by: The Game Master

Dragon Force may truly be the best strategy/RPG I've ever played in my life! It's not just the graphics and great music that turn me on, it's also the huge selection. Eight kingdoms to choose from mean that even after you beat the game, there is still seven more kingdoms to do it with. There's also lots of other great stuff, like besides the eight kingdoms, there are about one hundred other generals in the game that you can pick up. Probably one of the best things about Dragon Force though, is the story. Usually when I play a game with a story, I don't read it through, but Dragon Force really changed that. I didn't miss one detail the entire game, with any character! Every game has it's weaknesses though. Unfortunately, Dragon Force isn't capable perfection. Little things are missing. For instance, Yanna, from Topaz Kingdom, has blonde hair in her portrait, but black hair when she is fighting, and, fighting The Skull Children over and over again gets just flat out annoying. But like I said, it's just a few little things that don't really hurt the game. Overall, I feel that Dragon Force may be one of the best Saturn games ever, but Working Designs, the developers of this great game, is making tons of other great strategy/RPG games to contend with this soon to be classic.
