Die Hard Trilogy

Review by: Jonathan Leung

The Die Hard movies are some of the best movies ever created. Good old John McClane killing terrorists and trying to defuse bombs. Fox Interactive has decided to take all the three movies and make them into a game called Die Hard Trilogy. DHT is a good game with lots of blood and guts.

The first Die Hard game is like a Resident Evil-type game where you try to shoot the terrorists and free hostages. There are about 19 levels to complete and each one has a lot of depth. This game has a lot of replay value. The second Die Hard game is like a Virtua Cop game. You must go through the airport, killing terrorists with rockets, guns, or anything else. The third Die Hard game is a driving game where you must go through several parts, defusing the bombs. This game is, in my opinion, the most fun and intense. It gets your blood-pumping.

The control is above average, except for the second game because the control is loose in that one. The graphics are fairly good, but there has been better. The sound is cool, mainly when you hear the enemies telling each other to get McClane and when the enemies scream as they are getting shot. This game certainly has a lot of replay value and is a good game. It takes a couple of games to get used to each game, but after a while, it's a piece of cake. Overall, the game is worth buying, especially when you run over the innocent people in Die Hard With a Vengeance and see the windshield wipers wipe off the guts and blood. That is truly a cool site to see!

RATING: 9.1/10
