The Lost World
Once again Sega delivers another Model 3 perfect arcade game with all of the sights, sounds, and feelings that you felt while watching the movie. Sega has done something with this arcade game that they have never done before. The Lost World is featured in a huge booth made out to look like an RV of sorts where you can sit down. The guns are holstered on the side of the seat and are the custom Sega guns that you have come to know and love. Almost the same looking guns as in Virtua Cop except a different color. You can shut out all light by closing the blinds to the entrance of the booth. However, there is a slightly tinted window behind your back as you are seated so people outside can get a glimpse of how the game is. The highlight of this booth is the fact that the booth trembles and shakes with the action that is taking place on screen. For example, you can feel the booth's floor trembling as it replicates the T-Rex stomping his way towards you, very awesome indeed. The sound is not something that they looked over either. All of the roars, screeches and noises that made you fall in love with Jurassic Park are in there. The whole booth is surrounded in awesome digital sound that keeps your heart pumping with the action. The graphics? Well let's just say that somebody could mistake the actual movie for the game. Yes, the dinos look that realistic, along with the landscape, and scenery. Especially when the T-Rex opens his huge jaws and screams in your face. I saw people literally leaping out of their seats. What do you expect? The graphics in this game are the most realistic looking on the Model 3 board to date. I have personally played it through it's entirety of course and I must add that I have never seen so many people crowd around a game to watch somebody playing it before. You could hear people mumbling left and right about the realistic looking dinos. Do not miss an experience such as The Lost World arcade game from Sega. It is definitely an experience that will be most memorable.
