100% Acrade Mode from Antony Lai
After load the game and SEGA logo appear, press A + C + Start in player two joypad. 100% acrade mode means you need to insert coins to play and no option screen.(Use one play joypad L button to insert coin)

In option screen, highlight game mode and press A + C, then more game mode appear.

Diagnostic Mode from Antony Lai
When in the 100% Arcade mode, press X + Y + Z + Start on player one's joypad

Smooth Mode from Brian Moss
Hold down A and C in the mode selections in the Option screen. Then move D pad to L or R then you'll see Japan (smooth) and Overseas(smooth).
