Special Armor for X from Zeromk3
At the player select screen press: B, B, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, L+R, Start for X. The light blue parts on X's armor should be purple. Now just step into any armor capsule and X's armor should be fully powered and you should have one different power.

Items Galore from RêüBèñ WöñG
In Rockman X4, many people tend to miss out on certain items in the game. Here's a list on where they are and what they do.

HeartTank 1 : In the Frozen Walrus stage, use the rising fire the melt the ice on top.
HeartTank 2 : In the Stingray stage, as soon as you see the heart tank,don't do anything.Let the bike move by itself
HeartTank 3 : In the Slash Beastlo stage,use the Mech to destroy the whole section of the train.
HeartTank 4 : In the Magma Dragoon stage, stand at the edge to your left where all the fireballs fall diagonally.Then do a dash Jump to your left
HeartTank 5 : In the WEb Spidus stage, use the rising fire to burn the wood at the later part of the stage.
HeartTank 6 : In the Split Mushroom stage, "lure" the Drills to fall,then use the Web weapon to get to the top.
HeartTank 7 : In the Cyber Peacock stage, get S's all the way.*
HeartTank 8 : In the Storm Fukoural stage, just dash quickly with the Mech without letting the platform drop first.
E-Tank 1 : In the Stingray stage, jump off the platform and do a dash attack.
E-Tank 2 : Do the same as in HeartTank 7
W-Tank : It is found in the ice cubes in the Frost Walrus stage.
EX-Tank : It is found in the Frost Walrus stage. At the part where you slide down slopes, climb up the right wall . You will see it on the ledge. To get it, use the Web weapon.
